Sites and Rentals
General Information
All sites require a 2-night minimum weekend stay during peak season (June - August) and 3-night minimum stay on holidays.
Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Check in at the office upon arrival. For late check-ins, please check the night registration board for your reservation and check in at the office in the morning. If the office is unattended, please call (315) 947-6163. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
1 RV or 1 tent per campsite with a total of 6 people (maximum of 4 adults). A maximum of one vehicle and one small boat may be parked on your reserved site.
We are a pet-friendly park, however, ALL PETS MUST REMAIN LEASHED AT ALL TIMES. Please be sure to pick up after your pet immediately, using a plastic bag and disposing of it in the dumpster. Pets are not allowed in cabins or rental campers.
Health department regulations require us to treat our well water. While our water is safe for consumption, some guests may prefer to bring bottled water to drink and cook with.

Cabins

Small cabin
- Sleeps 2-3: one full-size bed and a twin pull-out mattress
- Electrical outlets
- Mini-fridge and microwave
- Small dresser for clothes and belongings

Medium cabin
- Sleeps 2: one full-size bed (plus room for a porta-crib)

Large cabin
- Sleeps up to 6: two full-size beds plus two twin beds
- Electrical outlets
- Kitchenette with mini fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker and double sink. Basic kitchenware is included (pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, etc.)
- Bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower

Payment in full via credit card is required to make a reservation. Refunds are not given in the event of a no-show.
Credit card information is kept securely on file in case of incidentals. Campers are responsible for any damage to a rental unit that occurs while occupying it. The credit card on file will be charged in the event of damage or missing items.
RV awnings are easily damaged in storms/wind. Use the awning at your own risk. You will be held responsible for any damage that occurs while you are occupying the RV. Be sure to retract the awning anytime you leave, at night, and when inclement weather is expected.
Smoking is not permitted inside any rental unit.
Pets are not allowed in cabins or RV rentals.
Rental Camper #1 - 33' Winnebago Camper
• Sleeps up to 6 with queen bed, pull-out couch, bunk room, and convertible kitchen table.
• Camper sized kitchenette with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, sink, toaster, and coffee maker.
• Basic kitchen utensils and cookware are included.
• The bathroom is equipped with stand-up shower, toilet, and sink
• Combination heat/AC unit
• Outdoor cooking area includes mini-fridge, sink, dual burner cook-top, and cupboard storage.
• Fire ring and picnic table are on-site.
Rental Camper #2 - 37' Laredo 5th Wheel Camper
• Sleeps up to 6 with queen bed, pull-out couch, bunk room, and convertible kitchen table.
• Camper sized kitchenette with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, sink, toaster, and coffee maker.
• Basic kitchen utensils and cookware are included.
• The bathroom is equipped with stand-up shower, toilet, and sink.
